We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer with experience working with healthcare data to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of building robust, scalable pipelines that move data into and through our application—powering everything from user workflows to analytics and AI.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and own data pipelines that catalogue, ingest and transform healthcare data (e.g., medical records, claims, EHR exports)

• Ensure clean, well-structured data is available to downstream systems—AI models, product features, dashboards, and client reporting

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and science teams to architect scalable solutions

• Write production-quality Python and SQL; leverage tools like dbt, dagster, and modern cloud data warehouses

• Set best practices for pipeline monitoring, testing, and performance
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including senior-level ownership of complex pipelines

• Deep knowledge of Python, DBT, and SQL, with experience in data transformation and modeling

• Experience working with healthcare data—EMR, claims, CCLF, HL7/FHIR, EDI or clinical documentation

• Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, value-based care, and risk adjustment

• A self-starter who can work independently and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
